Have you ever completed a skills inventory in order to find your dream job? If you’re like most of us, you almost certainly have at some point in your school or working life. But skills can be learned when we need them, and won’t tell us what we were designed to do. The work I do as a coach assures me that we were all designed to do something – often many things – quite unique to us. If you want to discover your ideal work (I call it a “vital vocation”) you must pay close attention to everything that you love, because that information will lead you directly to your talents. And because you’ll never be happier than when you’re using them, your talents will undoubtedly help you to find your dream job….
